Business Outlook
Pros
The company relies heavily on the creativity and work ethic of their employees. There is no micro managing. Because the Austin branch is small there is a cohesive feel with all of the co-workers and we share a very strong team atmosphere. Everyone helps everyone.
Cons
On the flip side to being a small branch of the company here in Austin, there is not a great deal of opportunity to work one's way of the "corporate ladder". There is a great deal of room to learn, but staying at the same level of career.
