      Pros

      It is a small company so there is a sense of community Great for techies starting their careers. Good collaboration. Your work will be recognized.

      Cons

      It's a startup company so compensation is not much. Communication takes time. HR practices a closed-door system. Because, the CEO is away the managers are the ones in charge and they handle situations at their leisure.
