Techment reviews

I normally don't leave reviews, but I feel it's important to share my experience. Working here has been extremely stressful due to the lack of proper structure and governance. Tasks are assigned randomly without clear planning or consideration for workload. There's constant pressure without support or clear direction, which makes it difficult to stay motivated or do quality work. The company often talks about being a "family," but in reality, the environment feels anything but that. There's little to no transparency, poor communication, and no real effort to address employee well-being. Promises of support and collaboration fall flat when you actually need them.
