      Pros

      Excellent benefit package, competitive pay and bonus commission package. Company culture supports working moms and dads and is very family oriented. Fun events and traditions and majority of the staff are long time employees who help and support one another. Encourage growth and almost always promote internally when filling a position

      Cons

      Unrealistic expectations and not clearly defined. Constant change in management led to a lot of confusion and tension between departments

      Pros

      It is a small company with a family vibe. Decent benefits for being so small. Sometimes there was a bonus.

      Cons

      Too much family and not enough innovation. The owner is distrustful and out of touch with the current conditions. The company is not growing and probably won't grow. The technology is old and owner is resistant to change. "Most" of the family is given free reign to do what ever they want and offer very little to the company in return. Lots of promises but no action or results.
