Pros

There are none. This is a terrible, oppressive place to work. You are sold gold covered falsehood and start there thinking it's great. And to start with that's true. But it doesn't take long for your confidence and self belief to start being eroded. To hear weird exist, racist, homophobic "jokes" from the MD who then pauses expecting laughter like an overgrown toddler. Great place to work if you love an abusive, controlling environment.

Cons

As above. Truly terrible place to work.

Pros

I can only speak from personal experience and can honestly say in my opinion it's a great company to work for. The senior management team have been nothing but supportive and encouraging since day one, and helped me greatly both personally and professionally, and for that I am very grateful. The team is well balanced in terms of technical experience and anyone is always willing to help anyone out. Day to day the atmosphere in the office is welcoming, friendly and feels like a good place to work. As part of the technical team I can say that we have a monthly team meeting with all the technical staff where we are encouraged to speak out with any recommendations or things we wish to bring to the table to discuss and our opinions are always noted and addressed I have currently been employed here for just over two years and in that time have seen staff flourish and grow into roles with more responsibility and leadership, showing that there are pathways to career progression should you wish to pursue it. As I am one of the field engineers, one of the benefits of my role is I regularly get the opportunity to meet our customers and talk with them face to face. This means we get the chance to build a relationship with them and make them feel more valued as a customer. As with most things in life, you get out of it what you put in. If you arrive with the attitude of you're willing to give your best, have good intentions, good morals and willing to learn, then you will be backed to the hills here. This being said I am proud to say I work for technical drive and would have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone as both a future potential customer or to anyone wishing to pursue/further their career in IT.

Cons

I seem to be one of the only Manchester Untied Fans in the office and often have to go through the same vigorous grilling by staff and senior management alike as to why I should no longer support them. They are yet to see the light!

Pros

I have previously worked for large companies before and always felt like a number. At this company I feel heard and my work matters. Never dread coming into work and really enjoy the staff I work with. Very friendly and helpful. The CEO has always been supportive to me. This is the happiest I have been in any career role.

Cons

Could have more work benefits .
