      Pros

      You will get free tea and snacks till you have a projects to work. They take to the nearest tekdi for what they call fun(which is so boring) and that too after office hours.

      Cons

      Less people are assigned with huge work. You can not balance personal lie and professional life because of deliverable. No learning curve if you are enthusiastic developer. Mare manager(poor quality of management) than the actual productive resource so you need to work so hard that they get salaries on time. Only couple of employees having sound knowledge of technology. Management is poor.

      Pros

      - Good for freshers/interns who have ability to self learn. - Freshers/Interns gets to work directly on production. - you can work full stack as there are no specialists here.

      Cons

      - 2 or 3 years ago they had a good setup and were on right path but when experience people started leaving they replaced them with Freshers and Interns - You grow here only if you are good at self learning as there are no experience people to guide you. - They never hire experience people, only interns (not even passout freshers). - They lie to their customers about experience of employees. - they dont have HR and office boy. one of the management guy does all the office boys and HR work.
