I did not have a positive experience that I can honestly list as a benefit during my time at the company.
Cons
Low compensation compared to market standards (my internship stipend was PKR 7,000 for a full-time 8-hour workday). Employees were expected to use their own laptops instead of being provided company equipment. Limited opportunities for learning, career growth, or professional development. No meaningful employee benefits. Work environment and management style did not make employees feel valued or respected. Overall compensation and working conditions were not competitive with other software companies.
