tejas has some of the best boutique research on the street. analysts are willing and able to help salesman and are paid fairly

there really are very few cons other than some salesman did get preferential treatment in terms of order flow but all in all its a great place to be an analyst

    Pros

Catered Lunch 4 days a week plus a fully stocked kitchen, on site gym with personal training provided 4 days a week, free Friday breakfast, beautiful location in the Texas Hill Country, Occasional Margaritas on Friday afternoons

    Cons

Hours- you work from 7 - 4:30, which can be good for some, but it makes for an early morning for those that have to commute.

    Advice to Management

Keep on doing what you are doing, You guys offer a great place to work for. My only suggestion is to be clear and upfront about what you want a person to be doing.
