    Pros

Great work atmosphere with solid benefits (Pay/Bonus/Health Vacation) bit not for the overly ambitious

    Cons

No career path in the USA. HQ has loads of folks that receive pensions and have job security. Does not engender teamwork.

    Pros

It is a very good company in Italy, but now there are no more possibilities to grow. It is completely "static".

    Cons

A good thing is employer's care. there are a lot of services for employer's family. Health care, children's schools, children summer camps, etc.

I have been working at Telecom Italia part-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Good environment, friendly, still good benefit (for the moment), no other pros to be written

    Cons

Very low salary, no meritocracy, no gratification, unfair holiday planning, overwhelming work, with ridicolous plan for turnover: backoffice still works during the weekends and national holidays, completely useless

    Advice to Management

Give more importance to employees, give us back CEO's stolen money and stop with outsource threat: less talk, more action!
