      Pros

      You will get to work with some very good people. And if your into technology, you will learn lots. They do send staff to courses.

      Cons

      The MD is very controlling. And he will say it’s good work. But next day he won’t like it. It’s like walking on egg shell with him. Most of the time he is tipsy and moody. The management is untrustworthy.
