    Pros

Great pay,and flexible hours. I really wanted full benefits to educate my mind and soul.

    Cons

People sometimes were not the greatest to work with at times. People always were trying to tell me how to do my job and that's something that I really didn't like.

    Advice to Management

I wish you would hire me because i am a very hard worker with out anyone's approval because that's what I am about. I only work to improve my ability to make more money.

I worked at Tenable Protective Services full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Company was ok to work for. Health benefits stunk but what place really have a good one now a days. Actually provided vacation days after year so that was a plus.

    Cons

I know the account supposedly dictates how much the officer makes but the pay is something that could use some work. Armed officers shouldn't be making less than $11-12 per hour, especially given the greater risk and the amount of money they have to pay to maintain that certification, range time, ammunition, etc.

I worked at Tenable Protective Services full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Pay checks don't bounce but no direct deposit.

    Cons

No direct deposit, no communication from management, high premium Heath insurance, bad posts with odd hours and split shifts.

Poor company policy book that is outdated with no use of force policy (good for getting yourself a lawsuit). Commits cover ups on EPA violations.

    Advice to Management

Ceo should step down and sell the company off to someone with an IQ over 34. Better educate employees and show some appreciation for them. Be at work on time and actively seek new accounts.
