I have been working at Tescom full-time

    Pros

Casual atmosphere, customer focused, great team of coworkers, high quality people, products and services. Great deal of variety every day with a real focus on taking care of our clients.

    Cons

Smaller firm with around 50 people and a very flat org structure. Makes it tough to move up through the ranks.

    Advice to Management

Make sure staff has opportunities for career training. Keep the open door policy and access to upper management and ownership in place.
