Pros
I loved the culture at TestObject. I felt like being a part of the team after just a day. Everyone is really supportive and all colleagues are very open minded. It's a very young and international team (currently 6 nationalities). We had team events regularly (e.g. climbing, cooking, Room Escape..) and we often went out for dinner or drinks together. Another plus for international colleagues: There is a German class (inhouse teacher, 2 hours per week) which is sponsored by TestObject. What I really liked about my job was that I got a lot of responsibilities and directly could see the impact of my work. I would absolutely recommend TestObject as an employer!
Cons
As at any startup, there were sometimes situations at TestObject where not every process was perfectly organized. However, we always found good ways to deal with new developments.
