      1. You get good exposure to work with different domains and technologies. 2. Client appreciations keeps you motivated.

      Cons

      1. Once you are on bench, everyone says to upskill yourself but at the end, you get the opporutnity of manual testing only. 2. 3 months notice period is too much.

      1. Free stress 2. With low wages how to work more 3. If client give you appropriation or your project earn money to the company only than you will get all awards. 4. Yes, you will get spot award as a lollipop.

      Cons

      1. One incident, as there open door policy, someone asked about the future pipeline project. The manager escalate this and fired the person. 2. Someone have real health issues but manager asked him to leave the office and follow by termination. 3. This firm only good if you have good project in hand 4. As soon as you came on bench you guys have to prepare for down skills.
