Pros
I work here now and honesty it’s not that bad. 90 characters! The pay is low but they have other positions to increase your salary . The management is very communicative. Working here is like having a real job because they have this platform that we all communicate on with the coworkers, mangers! The management is very cool and laid back. I leathery say whatever I want in those messages and I never get in trouble ever! Some operator jobs are so strict that you could never get away with the same stuff here which is why I love it! There’s so much freedom of what to say when working. I know that the payment is not weekly or biweekly, but look at it as a stimulus check! Imagine if we got paid 600 a month? You can not bet that because your effort will pay off! Lol! Even if you only do 1k messages a month and get 30 dollars it’s better than nothing! I love this job because I can do whatever I want! The only time my management contacts me is when I haven’t been working. I went a few days without working but not only did my manger connect me, but she offered me another position! They care and give you chances!
Cons
Pay too late! They pay almost once every 2 months!
Continue readingpayments are made on 21st of the month for the previous month work so it depends when you start as to your first pay day. We would love to pay more and regularly monitor this, when we can we will. Cheers for the lovely review and keep up the good work H x

- choose when you want to work - no problems with payment - really nice boss and understanding people to work with. - no daycare - great for extra side money as well as full time if wanted I really enjoy working here and using this as a part time thing. Very grateful to be able to pick my own shifts, I think that is something a lot of people take for granted.
Cons
- does take some patience - Kind of low pay, but its really not horrible, especially when you get going and treat it like work, it adds up. I believe its possible to earn 8 to 10 an hour as long as you are still reading what you should be and doing the correct work. Just work on typing speed, it helps!

Pros
work from home, set your own hours, no day care to worry about, I was able to work from home with a disabled child for 11 years who was on the Autism spectrum, the bosses and managers have watched my son grow up over the years. these reviews make me laugh, i have been with 121 for over 12 years and 11 years as a mod, i have left and come back, and the bosses are just amazing once you get to know them, we are under contracts so if you did not meet you quota then yeah you are not going to be paid, i choose what days and what shifts i wanted you have to be reliable so when you don't show up it puts a toll on the moderators, managers and the services being covered I choose my own schedule and hours i want, if i want a vacation once a year i can have that as long as i do my quota
Cons
only get paid once a month but so be it your fingers might get sore if your a fast typer LOL I can't say anything bad about the mods, managers or bosses, they seen me go thru hell and back, will always make you laugh on a bad day, complaints of hard work, well every job has it's hard work face reality buttercup

Pros
You get to be exposed to a scam. It's good to learn about what's going on in the dark web.
Cons
Extremely low pay. 3 cents per message. 120 character message. 1000 minimum per month with first month 1600 messages and they keep 600 for training that takes 5 minutes. Obligated to work 1 weekend out of the month. Worked for 1 month and didn't get payed because the system said I was 6 messages short. I counted everything on my own. Waste of my time. Essentially they are scamming men. Old men. And you are a con artist that gets payed pennies. No thanks.

Pros
You can work at home.
Cons
Where to begin. Horrible CEO/Owner. Even if you meet your goals for the month, they make up lies, in order to find any reason not to pay you. Helen, the owner, CEO who also does billing and other things, is pure EVIL. She has stolen more money from people who have texted for her, over the years than some incarcerated felons. her time doing this will come to a close, because the government isn't going to put up with her thievery for much longer. Even if it is in her contracts. The contracts are illegal, and not comprehensive. she will cite them when she comes up with a reason not to pay you. Some people get paid for years. congratulations! Others didn't even get their first deposit. Your mileage may vary, but your pay won't. It's 4c per text. More if you're a moderator, but then, you're expected to do at least 40, 3-hour shifts per month, AND meet goals, AND take care of problems as a moderator. Good luck.
