Learning so many things every day about the care and well being for cats The owner is consistently present in the business, and truly cares for all cats that come in Staff works well together and problem solves efficiently as things arise Plenty of room for growth in the company and raises given when appropriate Owner of the business also works closely with employees & takes into consideration new ideas from employees
