Pros

The PTO and benefits here are legit! They actually want you to take time off and recharge, which is rare. Health insurance is solid and they've got your back when it comes to work-life balance. Management, they're actually supportive and will get you the tools you need to do your job well. Huge plus.

Cons

We're in a major growth spurt right now, so things have been pretty busy lately. Workload is definitely ramped up as we figure stuff out. But the good news? It's already starting to level out as we hire more people. Pay could be a little higher compared to some places.

Excellent benefits package Solid PTO, plus three floating holidays, including one dedicated to volunteering Management genuinely recognizes and appreciates extra effort Increasing cross-department collaboration in recent years, which has helped identify improvement opportunities and launch impactful projects

Cons

Compensation may not be as competitive as some Bay Area companies The company is in a major growth phase, so the workload may feel more intense over the next 1–2 years

Pros

I joined The Entrust Group in March 2025 as Director of Sales with no prior finance or self-directed IRA experience, and I couldn't be more impressed with how the company set me up for success. The onboarding process was exceptional—comprehensive, well-structured, and designed to help new leaders ramp up quickly regardless of their background in the industry. What stands out most is the company's commitment to empowering its leadership team. As a member of the executive team, I've been given the autonomy and support to drive meaningful change and growth in my role. The collaborative culture and strong morale across the organization make it an energizing place to work. The benefits package is truly competitive and shows the company values its employees' well-being. This includes comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage, STD and LTD insurance, HSA options, parking benefits, and wellness perks through WellHub. The company also invests in professional development with tuition assistance and student loan support—benefits that demonstrate a genuine commitment to employees' long-term success.

Cons

With so many opportunities to make an impact, it can be challenging to prioritize, but that's a good problem to have
