      Pros

      This law firm really cares about getting the best outcome for their client. The people who work there are more like a family and really work hard together. Pay is great.

      Pros

      There is good flexibility for life circumstances (picking up kids etc). Boss genuinely cares. He took a paycut during Covid vs letting people go.

      Cons

      Nothing major. Can get seasonally busy but thats not necessarily a bad thing.
