      Pros

      The people are nuts, but they're great to work with. Very relaxed work schedule with Wednesday's off. No micro managing.

      Cons

      During high volume issues it can be very demanding and crazy. Sometimes during lower volume issues there isn't enough work to keep busy and it gets boring.
