      Pros

      The hotel is new and still growing- most people there are chill very laid back and very flexible, the hotel has a cool vibe a nice place to be if you aren't an employee

      Cons

      Theres very strong favoritism and because they are such a new hotel there's absolutely no process that they follow just hope you kiss up to higher management and at least of the of investors so your job is secured if not you are always on limbo. Don't expect to move up or get promoted anywhere unless you're kissing their butt white and pretty and/or doing work that you aren't getting paid to do. no one truly knows what they are doing even the ones in the highest management of the hotel but they love to act like they do. The pay is very poor

      Pros

      I enjoyed the atmosphere and vibe here, and the hotel has a great theme! Also, the pay and benefits were very good. It was almost good enough to overcome the many issues with management.

      Cons

      As a brand new hotel, there are still many areas that are still under construction and not finished. Many of these unfinished/sub par areas were left to the engineering department to fix without having the proper materials on hand. In addition, the operations manager has her nose in everything, and is the poster child of being a micro manager. With regards to the engineering department specifically, the chief engineer who hired me to begin with resigned within a few weeks, leaving our department in limbo until the new chief engineer was hired. As soon as the new chief engineer started, he basically threatened to fire everyone in our department, so he could find "his own people" within the first week of taking over. All in all, this place does have potential to be a good employer, but as of now, I would not recommend it.

      Great coworkers who are knowledgeable behind the bar.

      Cons

      They are extremely corporate and remained mysterious in regards to when we would open our doors. The date kept getting moved back and no communication was given. All of this stress for a measly $5.05/hr!
