Pros

I worked from home, so had more flexibility than their in person tutors.

Cons

Th company does not communicate. I was severely underpaid. Turnover was so high that I never knew who my supervisor was. I left because I told my new admin that I was making less than they claimed starting pay at the company was after working there for three years. They told me that I was not a valuable asset to the company and would not pay me the $1 more an hour it would take for me to make starting pay at the company. I also know I made $18 an hour and parents paid $60-70 an hour for tutoring. I work from home with no company resources. What were they using all of that money for? Shameful.
