Pros
Great place to work, really wonderful and competent team and excellent learning environment. Cannot say enough great things about leadership. The growth potential is fantastic. A noticeable amount of women in technical positions like PM, PE, accounting and estimating roles. Management / owners work just as hard or even harder than the staff, it’s refreshing to see. You feel like you’re working with them towards goals instead of for them sometimes.
Cons
They expect the best from you, this is not a job you can ever phone in. If you have a strong work ethic you will be very successful here, but if you don’t you may struggle. The insurance was expensive, but that’s everywhere these days.
