My experience with the company was overwhelmingly negative. I was subjected to microaggressions, especially from management, which created a very uncomfortable work environment. On one occasion, I overheard management speaking disrespectfully about another race while talking amongst white colleagues in a secondary room. This was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. Such comments made it clear that there was a lack of understanding and respect for diversity in the workplace
The work environment was extremely unstable. Over the span of a year, I had to witness over 20+ people being fired, which created a lot of anxiety among employees. The lack of job security made it difficult to focus on doing your best work, and instead, I spent a lot of time worrying about whether I’d be next. It was clear that the company was quick to replace people, even if they were performing well. If they didn’t like you, they’d make your job difficult, push you out, or make your role redundant
