      Pros

      Excellent team culture within the shops themselves. Access to brilliant booze, including rare bottlings, events, tastings and free stock. Great work/life balance. Private medical care.

      Cons

      Global Corporate framework over the department, namely Pernod-Ricard. Some "computer says no" moments when dealing with them. Decisions often not made in employee interests, least of all the shops team. Little in the way of informed and planned career progression. Perk scheme of minimal value and basically worthless.
