Pros
You have job security as many people leave, they always need people. AM was nice, you can tell upper management gave him alot of pressure. John Anderson Hamburgers is close by and they have some amazing burgers. HR is awesome!! Co-workers are great and helpful for the most part.
Cons
Work culture is terrible. Slow and old computers. Cubicles. Dress code is unnecessary, it should be a casual dress code as we barely ever see our clients. Strict upper management, they don’t respect employees. Commission is garbage, if the top sales person is barely hitting commission that should tell upper management something. Bad marketings campaign which in turn brings in bad leads, an example is when we got the American leads, they were terrible. Upper management watch you through the camera and hear everything you say they also micro manage too much. Training program was terrible, that should’ve been the warning sign for me to leave. Shift work is terrible, your hours are inconsistent and change if someone quits. You never see or meet the CEO, it would be nice to get introduced to him
