Oppurtunity to improve one's skill in certain niche.
Cons
The company was great at start and eventually depreciated over time till it became hard to cope with. Now it is bad in every aspect of what a company should be. No proper timing, have to work over 10+ hours without much flexibility, utterly bad management.
