Pros

All of your leave is given to you up front. More flexible scheduling than normal employers.

Cons

Unfortunately, they have completely "dropped the ball" over the last several months which has caused several employees to leave, very quickly. Paychecks come days later than we are supposed to get them. Little to no communication from them during the government shutdown (they are a government contractor). They frequently have to "wire" us our money because they are incapable, at this point, of giving us our paychecks on time. How are you also an "accounting firm" and cannot pay your employees on time? Nor realize the importance of failing to do so? Starting pay is abysmal ($45k-$50k) with a 2%-3% increase every year for most employees. The time tracking methods treat us like children: we have to write down what we are doing throughout the day to the quarter, send management an Excel sheet on a weekly basis detailing what we did that week, and send a Word document to management on a weekly basis also detailing what we did.
