I’ve been at ThreatSpike for a relatively short while, but can honestly say the culture here is special. The team is made up of people who are deeply passionate about what they do, you’re surrounded by driven, knowledgeable team who push you to be better. It’s a fast-paced environment, so if you prefer a slow, predictable rhythm this probably isn’t for you. But if you’re the type who gets energised by hitting the ground running and making a real impact, you’ll love it. Career progression is taking more form and very much merit-based, put in the effort and there’s a genuine path forward. One thing worth highlighting is the shift in culture over recent months. There are a lot of positive changes happening from an employee perspective, more transparency and a real openness to feedback. It feels like the company is maturing in a healthy direction. I think Innovation is genuinely encouraged. There’s an appetite to do things differently rather than just defaulting to the status quo. Overall, ThreatSpike is a place where ambitious people can thrive. I’ve learnt more here than in my previous roles. It’s intense, but it feels like you’re part of something big.

Threatspike has something for everyone in security and IT. You will obtain equally broad and deep experience across domains including offensive security, defensive security and IT. You are never limited or pigeon-holed. You’re actively encouraged to pursue your interests and strengths. Threatspike is also full of opportunities to step up and take responsibility of large business and service areas. If you prove your competence and abilities, the sky is the limit. The company is growing very fast - it’s truly a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
