Pros

Excellent pay, everyone in the company is passionate about what they do and gets $h!t done, the technology is fantastic and always ahead of the curve, customers are happy because everyone does their absolute best to resolve any issues and provide excellent customer service. Thrive is a FUN place to work, fast paced environment and very agile, it's a VIBE. Management are down to earth and approachable. 4 day working week trial coming up, Fridays are Thrive days: 10-3 and no internal meetings, unlimited holiday and flexible working hours, company day Thrivechella, health cash plan... the list goes on!

None, just absolutely nothing I can think of.

Pros

THRIVE is a great place to work. What stands out most are the people. It is very much a team mentality and there are all hands on deck. The amount of creativity and freedom is unlike anything I’ve experienced in my career.

Cons

Not many! If I had to think of one it’s the time difference but it really is a flexible work schedule so it’s not truly a con.

If you're part of the in crowd, you'll be treated well, lots of drinks, lots of parties, lots of events. Until you find yourself out of the inner circle.

Cons

A massive number of very talented, brilliant colleagues are fired (and paid off with a very tight NDA). The owner is a bully. People are to scared to innovate in case they make a mistake and lose their job. They are making huge losses.
