Unfair mileage (only paid if journey is over 100 miles return, very high compared to other agencies) general lack of support, nurses encouraged to raise concerns on other nurses/ clinicians creating an atmosphere of suspicion and mistrust. Treat as a number. No incentive, perks or anything to make employees feel valued or appreciated. Ever increasing admin. Elements of micromanagement. All communication is via email. Might be ok for some but can cause communication issues.
