Pros

There was nothing enjoyable about this job. Hours were horrible, boss was awful. No growth opportunities.

Cons

Micromanagement was huge here, most employes had anxiety from dealing with the manager. The manager would disrespect his employees both behind closed doors and in front of other employees. Management did not care for employees to have a good work life balance, there were always sexist remarks being made.

Pros

Incredibly well respected platform/database Bloomberg style intelligence centers Amazing pay Great management International freedoms to manage oneself Great , competitive pay structure Great growth potential

Cons

Working 9-10 hours per day, including an hour break for lunch however It would be nice if communication between offices was more planned out Office in NYC could be bigger, but it is growing and it's only their first year
