      The customers were always fun to interact with.

      Cons

      Management ruined working for this company trying to make Timpte a corporate environment. You can never make enough money for the company. No matter what you did it was never enough.

      Great place to work if you aren’t afraid to get dirty and worn out.

      Cons

      Almost zero ventilation, a lot of weld smoke and dust. Insurance is pretty weak.
