Hours are weird but manageable

-On the website and on their social media, everything seems perfect but this organization is so messy. Expect to be dismissed, bullied, and laughed at. Leadership will gossip, make up false stories, and hold grudges. -The "leaders" do not lead and the managers are willing to throw their staff under the bus very easily when they need to cover up for their mistakes. - There is not a legit board of directors that can hold Danny and Gianna accountable, HR tries their best but is often pushed to the side. -Many of the staff are miserable and are not provided guidance on what to do for their job... some don't even know what their job exactly is. Sometimes management nor leadership knows what your job is. They have people doing random tasks or you have to guess what you should be doing. -You will be underpaid, do not expect a raise. -Turnover rate is extremely high. Keep your resume up to date at all times. -Benefits are laughable. You pay a lot for health insurance, you don't accumulate PTO until 6 months after employment but you can only accumulate about a week of PTO during your first two years, you only get about 5 paid holidays off, and 3 sick days. Expect to not be able to take time off September - January. -There is a very rare chance you will move up in this organization.
