Not Applicable if there was any I would like to add but I haven't found any so Not Applicable.
Cons
Salary not provided on time. No job security. NOT RECOMMENDED for fresher at all. No organizational structure (one boss system). No perks. No recognition if there was no project you will be fired for random reasons without pay and notice. unwanted deduction from salary. the behavior of the CEO is 3+ class with employees. Device not provided internet reimbursement not offered. emergency situation not considered.
