Big industry, very nice coworkers, pay on time

toxic environment nepotism, company only values the family members regarding if they are doing a good job or not messy goals and lack of direction If you actually want to do a good work, run away from this company

Colleagues are nice, in the IT department there is good space to work, and you get the chance to work 1 day from home.
Cons
Management does not have any vision, and they expect you to accomplish the goals without help or direction. They don't value the people
