Owner is amazingly verbally abusive to employees and quite frankly, anyone who is in his way during a rampage. He has no value in his employees, you are simply farm animals making him all the money in which it seems cannot even be managed properly. By far the most poor equipment I have ever even thought to have had, phone/internet failure on a regular basis due to the owner using the cheapest possible internet, which is not even recommended for businesses. During winter hours, you will get sent home frequently with no pay. You will not be told this, but you will have 2-3 WEEKS off during Christmas (hold the yays)..............without a penny to your name to feed yourself and/or your families. Company does not care whatsoever about the well being of their employees. Have no "set" training of any kind, no direction without the supervision that had already left. This place is used as a personal agenda for "top drama of the day" rather than an actual work place. My work ethic took a good hit working here, as I simply had no desire or drive to work for such a greedy, awful man who you would think would have some integrity. Horrible pay plan, questionable morals behind closed doors. This place as it stands will simply run anyone that cares about their happiness, out of the door. There very well should be a play area (i.e. McDonalds) for this facility, as it is fit for children. I have never felt so disrespected and un cared for by such a small company in my entire life. It is almost as if I need a barf bag when I pass this place anymore.
