Decent pay, flexible, and okay work environment
May 7, 2023 - Nutrition Care Manager in Waco, TXRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Flexible schedule if you have children. Supportive Director of Clinical Nutrition; however, bad luck with the past couple of on site Dining Directors. Decent pay.
Cons
Work environment is okay; I would not say great. Case load can be hectic at times. Much more responsibilities and daily/weekly/monthly tasks than a clinical dietitian in a hospital/acute care setting.

Beware - Toxic Work Environment
May 23, 2023 - Director in Dallas, TXRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Zero positives in this company
Cons
Discriminatory practices at all levels that are based on age, pay, experiences. Doing a good job ant team player means absolutely nothing. Rather back stabbing, self promoting and dishonesty are favorable traits that start with the president all the way down.

Great Culture-Glass Ceiling
May 12, 2023 - Anonymous Employee in Austin, TXRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
The company culture and work-life balance are spectacular. The pay structure is competitive. PTO at 25 days a year is great for a company that is "open" 365 days a year.
Cons
There is growth from supervisor through director; growth opportunities above the director level are few and far between.

- Current Employee★★★★★
Pros
Many hours and overtime are available.
Cons
38th street **Toxic and unorganized work environment. Employees do not feel appreciated and favoritism is shown all the time. Workers do not feel supported by management. A lot of great workers have left and found better opportunities. Very high turnover. No holiday pay is offered. Not flexible with schedule changes.
