Pros
TFT places importance on being relationship-centric, both internally and externally. As an employee I felt they accommodated and supported both my personal schedule, as well as professional aspirations. When dealing with TFT's contractor partners and customers (both past and present), it is clear there has been consideration internally to manage those relationships long-term. The external response about TFT has always been positive and productive.
Cons
The business is moving fast. One always has to come prepared to be at their best everyday. It takes considerable professional endurance to work with the group at TradeForce.
