      There are no Pros. This place has no problem stealing from drivers

      Cons

      Junk equipment terrible dispatch. This place takes the out of your pocket. They book return loads that don't cover the cost of fuel so the drivers don't get paid and owe the company. This is the worst company I have run across in the last decade
