Quite bad

Pros

Most colleagues are welcoming. There is a fruit basket 3 times a week (note that since the company is fastly growing, there is only a bunch of people who can enjoy these fruits, so it's not a real advantage).

Cons

Low salary given that you're paid on a 39-hour basis and that there isn't any RTT nor leave for a sick child. Negative atmosphere: a lot of people keeps complaining all day long. Worst HR ever: they don't try to understand your point of view since the CEO is always right.

Pros

Entrepreneurs that run the company as they want

Cons

When asked about what makes Transatel different, diversity and the number of nationalities was the only reason stated. I’m sorry but we live in the 21st century and it is very pathetic that this point is the only reason why people should work for you. A horrible experience and pushy HR who need to call you 5 times in order to get a simple NO. No RTT and 80s style offices. Not organized staff

Dear Sir/Madam,We are disappointed to read there is a misunderstanding with Transatel. Our company has many great strength and asset. Having the capacity to gather more than 40 nationality with work efficiency and mutual respect is one of the proudness of management and of our open-minded employees. It is also a strength for a company that deploy its service across the world. In our comprehension, pushy RH means that the work is done for the benefit of employees and the company. By talking together in real, you certainly would have detected our wish to provide a good place to work. For you information the building has been totally refurbished in 2012 with high quality materials, without mentioning view on the river Seine, Eiffel Tower, LVMH foundation etc%E2%80%A6 Therefore your comment sounds surprisingWe wish you a good a good continuation
