      I've been working at Transcending Solutions for a little less than a year and I have nothing but good things to say. I have been able to grow both personally and professionally. This company truly cares about their people.

      I do not have any cons. If you're looking for a challenge this is the company for you!

      Pros

      No door to door or b2b sales. All inside of retails stores such as Costco, Menards, sams club, Best Buy’s, Walmart!

      Cons

      We are those people always trying to sell you something inside Those stores. You work Monday Tuesday Thursday and Friday from 8:30am-7:00pm saturdays and Sundays 9:30am-7:30pm! Wednesday only off day and only get paid a set $460 before taxes. Miss a day or late because of any reason you forfeit $50 each time you miss. Bad idea for people with kids and a family. No vacation or benefits. Good idea for someone who wants to be a robot.

      Hello! Thank you for the feedback! However, the pay structure here is based off of experience and/or credentials in customer service , marketing, or sales. We offer a weekly guarantee with uncapped commission and bonuses. The average paycheck after a 30 day evaluation of the normal cycle of development, our team members are earning $1000 or more. Not only are health/medical benefits offered after a 90 day probationary period, but we also offer flexible scheduling with morning and afternoon shifts available.
