This place is terrible. Stay away.

The work environment here at Transflo is as unstable as the leadership. The workloads here are inconsistent, which means the work environment is much more stressful because one day you have almost nothing to do, then the next day you'll be overwhelmed and bombarded with tons of tasks and responsibilities.

Transflo is an unstable company with a chaotic leadership. The leaders here are disorganized, and this results in a messy work environment and puts a ton of pressure on the employees. Another issue here is that many of our leaders are unnecessarily aggressive and hostile. They're rude and toxic toward employees for no reason.
