      - Family-run business, everyone is friendly and engaging. Fun and inviting employee environment - Big industry clients and UK projects - Great management with feedback. always looking for new ways to improve training staff and sharing knowledge and skills to do better at your job. HR and office managers are also good. - Great trust and independence in employees handling large projects - Very flexible with annual leave and start/finish times - Overtime pay included

      - Pay definitely needs improving to reflect experience, workloads and results - Little opportunity to go on construction sites
