    Pros

Great environment and great people to work for. Everyone is supportive and they really care about making the best products possible.

    Cons

Long stretches of time away from home for the sales team. Management can be rather contradictory and scattered. Salaried employees are not compensated for working weekends or overtime.

    Pros

Loved it there. Very welcoming environment

    Cons

None... maybe less layoffs, but it's production and bound to happen.

    Doesn't Recommend

I worked at Trijicon full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The benefits were good and so were most of the people.

    Cons

The company was a small mom and pop company that started to make money during the war, and they did not pass on any of their good fortune onto their people.

    Advice to Management

Had you spreaded the wealth you would not have had disgruntled employees.

I have been working at Trijicon full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Company owner is generous, annual bonuses and time off are pretty good.

    Cons

Way too much emphasis on HR stuff for HR's sake, e.g. dress code, tight hours, have to be on site to work.
Management does not reward the hard workers or recognize when people are slackers, ends with most people 'taking their foot off the gas'.

    Advice to Management

Read the book called 'Peopleware', it describes all that is wrong with the company.

    I worked at Trijicon full-time

    Pros

If you are just looking for a light industrial job where you get to sit at a desk, it's fine. They do have a nice health plan.

    Cons

There is not much in the way of working your way up. If you are looking for growing experiences and opportunity, this is not the place.
