    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Trinity Executive Services full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Good employees are given 40+ hours a week if they want it. Tons of overtime available for those willing to work extra hours. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The money isn't bad for the security industry.

    Cons

Occasional phone calls at night from trinity dispatch looking for officers to fill shifts.

    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at Trinity Executive Services full-time for less than a year

    Pros

None whatsoever, you will be ignored, unless you don't bow down to certain membera of management

    Cons

Extremely rude office management, no acknowledgment for success. All stick no carrot, took 3 weeks to get uniform deposit back and was still short

    Advice to Management

Get rid of rude and inappropriate behaviour by management, can't keep good people if you mistreat them

    The pay is somewhat ok

Drive your own vehicle for patrol, zero training, call in the middle of the night to tell you to come work right after you just got off

    Set schedules, hire knowledgeable supervisors

    Negative Outlook

I worked at Trinity Executive Services full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Easy, simple work as guard and dispatcher was not terribly difficult, just aggravating.

    Cons

Employer stated that one would not get paid for overtime, although on several occasions I had to stay 30 minutes past my scheduled time. Was not appreciated for picking up shifts where people were desperately needed. In fact, was disrespected at the time for no reason. I was locked in a confined area because I was not given a key card to leave the premises. I was stuck there 50 minutes after my shift because the client...

I have been working at Trinity Executive Services

    Pros

With availability to work nights and weekends can keep you working 30 hours or so. Pretty nice folks to work for. Well respected in the community as a security company. Pretty good training available in OC, Handcuffing, Criminal Law and Physical Tactics.

    Cons

No benefits. Virtually impossible to get 40 hours. Pretty much all nights and weekend work. Crummy pay! Last minute requests for extra hours not rewarded with additional respect or benefits.

    Advice to Management

Treat your loyal and long term employees with a lot more respect and appreciation for the service they have rendered you.
