      Competitive pay, stability, great benefits at a good price, great work/life balance. I love management. Very supportive. I love the team/co-workers! Very friendly and helpful. Career growth is great! A lot of opportunities to grow.

      Frontline employees really care about their work. Leadership individuals are kind and caring.

      Cons

      Organization does not value their employees. Job titles and descriptions do not match the work load associated with day to day operations. Pay is substantially below market value.

      Being a People person, it's the patients that keeps going and they truly appreciate what I do for them and that Makes me Extremely Happy Doing GOD'S will and purpose ☺️

      Communication could be BETTER and need support from fellow PCAs and nurses could use more support as well.
