I have been working at Trintech full-time for less than a year

    Pros

I have been with Trintech for a few months now and truly enjoy the environment that I work in everyday. Leadership is supportive and involved in the growth and success of their team. This is a work hard, play hard environment that is seriously fun to be a part of. Hands down the best company I have been with!

I worked at Trintech full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

I can't say enough good things about my time at Trintech. I was fortunate to serve in many areas during my tenure - including Support, Services, Operations and Customer Success. The people at Trintech are what make it such an amazing place to work. They care about employees - both professionally and personally -- and if you have a desire to grow your skills, knowledge and leadership abilities, this company will invest in you. Trintech has a record of making fiscally-wise decisions, which as an employee, drives greater confidence in management. The company is uniquely positioned to not only come out of the pandemic well, but also to make a tremendous impact in the market given what their solutions accomplish for companies of all sizes.

    Cons

I'm excited to see Trintech driving more accountability and focusing on their customer-centric behavior across all departments.

I have been working at Trintech full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Culture, Onboarding, Visibility. This has been one of the best companies I have worked for. The onboarding from day one was amazing, the culture is fun and collaborative and you really have an opportunity to be visible to leadership and other departments.

    Cons

Growing, you need to be flexible and patient as some process are still being created as they grow

I worked at Trintech full-time for less than a year

    Pros

The culture and benefits were great at Trintech. The even had beer kegs in the kitchen for after hours and we're very flexible with work from home.

    Cons

Upper management seems lost with their goals of modernizing a monolithic set of software. I went through 5 managers as all the good ones kept leaving for other companies. The architecture team I was on was disbanded when my manager left so I was placed on a new team as the sole developer. I had lots of responsibility but no security.

We are happy to see that this this reviewer enjoyed Trintech's culture and our benefits. At the same time, we recognize and understand that changes in management can and do impact a team's vision and ability to execute. Trintech has added new leadership and adopted several important proven practices in Engineering and we are actively seeking new perspectives, encouraging collaboration/breaking silos across teams, looking at industry best practices and investing in our technologies so that we will continue to provide modern, best-in-class solutions for our customers and keep pace with the speed of innovation. We have been excited and gratified to see the team adopting these positive changes.

I have been working at Trintech full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Best in class sales enablement tools; Support from upper management; Start-Up environment; Ability to make an impact from day one

    Cons

If you are not a self-starter or problem solver, then this job is not for you. If you don't feel like pulling additional responsibilities while we continue to grow, this job isn't for you.

I worked at Trintech full-time for more than a year

    Pros

This company is truly behind you and your success. If you ever wanted to feel fully supported in your professional goals, life goals and aspirations take a job here. While I was there I trained with famous trainers (pssst... not Sandler), developed my business acumen and was lead strongly. Trintech is rated by many publications as the best place to work in Dallas for a reason.

    Cons

If you don't want to own your work, your business and your success then don't work here. They expect you to take responsibility for what you do and hold you accountable for it in the best ways possible.
