The managers set quotes and bookings goals that are unrrealistic. The pressure that the company puts on you is absolutely irrational, moreover, they micromanage you all the time The office atmosphere is tense and depressing, everyone seems to be unhappy to be there

Hostile, ineffective management. Employees are treated as if they are inherently lazy and untrustworthy. Management feels entitled to publicly humiliate employees. You will not learn any marketable skills that translate to another employer, even in the same industry. Software used is antiquated and specific only to the company. Huge turnover and employees are miserable. Only a handful have been there long-term and there is no growth for them or anyone else. Feels like working in a factory but in an office setting. Owner will not allow employees to speak to each other except on the phone. You are not allowed to go to someone’s desk to discuss work without missives.
