The events help develop the minds and spirits of all attendees. There is a wide range of services available to meet your developmental needs. The staff really cares for their clients and is willing to do what is best for them.

Cons

They are a smaller organization so their schedules get booked up fast. However, they are well worth the wait!

Leftovers from executive lunches shared out to administration staff. Free coffee.

Cons

Toxic middle management. Bullying. 'Bonus' structure that is used as a stick as opposed to a carrot - lifts wage just above living wage. Zero progression. Anyone with potential is pushed out by uneducated and poorly skilled middle management. Misogyny. No training - proud of a 'sink or swim' attitude on day one.
