- Product is a new and unusual, behavioral approach to cybersecurity that could set the tone for this industry going forward - Supportive atmosphere in general among meetings and discussions regarding product development and general work tasks - Coworkers are courteous, punctual, goal-oriented, international professionals with good work/life balance and real camaraderie

Cons

- Product is not mature and difficult to market / appeal to prospects who are looking at established competitors - Leads are not arranged on a table for the taking; much cold-calling is necessary in order to move sales org forward - Cross-functional work and flexibility a must in small startup environment

Product does not work period. Engineering is difficult to work with, everyone has left. Down to 2 sales reps and 0 SE's.
